I have a simple question. I applied for a card from 2checkout, and i’ve got it, i’ve activated it.for some reason, 2checkout even before approving my card application, sent me a mail that they currently do not need affiliates from my location. i want to use this card on other sites that pay with payoneer like elance, adultfrienfinder, plimus, etc, do i have to apply for a fresh one from these sites, or could i just use this current card i have. thanks.

it’s obligatory to fund money to card first from payoneer partner and then funds from other sites ????????
